Handwritten letter from Rosenthal to Schenker, December 14, 1894 Honored Sir and Friend,1 The fact that it is not permitted for articles that have appeared in Die Zukunft|2 to be reprinted has prompted me to place my material elsewhere, since I set very great store by their dissemination--not for my own sake but in the interests of the good cause. The article3 will probably appear simultaneously in several cities.
