Sender address: Vienna
Recipient address: Vienna I, Reichrathsstraße 9

FOOTNOTES

1 Hermann Kretzschmar, whose Führer durch den Konzertsaal, 3 vols (Leipzig: Breitkopf & Härtel, 1890–), constantly cited and criticized in S’s Beethovens Neunte Sinfonie; presumably a new edition of vol. I, in which discussion of the Ninth Symphony appears, has just come out, whereas S’s book has not appeared.

2 Perhaps Beethovens Neunte Sinfonie (Vienna: UE, 1912), which was finally received from the printers on January 20, 1913 (UE Verlagsdruckbuch UE 2540).

SUMMARY
S: where is the work that is just about to appear?
